The first three weeks of this LifeGroup term are over, and hopefully you’ve found a group to connect with and begin building strong relationships.
We encourage you to meet regularly with your group – you’ll benefit and they will be blessed too!
Another reason we love LifeGroups is the joy we find in being on mission together. We have all received a commission from Christ to go out into all the world making disciples. It can feel like quite an overwhelming task! Even telling one neighbour about the love of Jesus is a battle – how do we tell the world?
But we don’t have to do this alone. We have received this commission corporately as the church of Christ, so it makes sense that we work it out together too. In LifeGroups we can not just support one another in our individual mission, but do mission together. Whether it’s praying together for the friends we each have, or having relaxed evenings of fun where your non-believing friends can come and meet your LifeGroup – together we are stronger in displaying the nature and love of Christ!
