Worship with Luke Stones

We are delighted to have Luke Stones with us this Sunday, June 5th. Luke is the Worship and Creative Arts pastor at Glad Tidings church in Victoria. On Saturday, he will be training our worship team in songwriting, leading the church to God in worship, and building community within the band. On Sunday, Luke will lead us in worship during our morning service.

The Frisbys Fly In

We are very pleased to welcome Mike and Denise Frisby from City Church Cambridge, U.K., where Mike serves as an elder. Mike and Denise are holidaying in the area and have graciously agreed to serve us during their vacation! On Sunday, June 12 Mike will preach on becoming a “Glocal Christian” – being involved in both local and global mission. In the evening Mike will share some thoughts on making disciples with our leaders.

Thinking of Becoming a Member?

We are introducing membership at Trinity Central. We recently spent three Sundays preaching on the who, what, when, where, why and how of membership.
If you’re considering becoming a member there are a few things you should do:

• listen to the three membership talks;
• review our Membership Booklet and our Doctrine Booklet; and
• fill out the membership application form on Elvanto.

Once you have filled out the application form we will be in touch to set up coffee with an elder!

Thirst is our annual weekend where we get away as a church family, worshipping God and praying together as we explore what it means to be a Spirit-filled, Kingdom people in Vancouver.
Our good friends Jeremy and Ann Simpkins will join us at Thirst as well as Gary and Barb Gallantfrom ChristCentral church in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Jeremy and his team provide apostolic leadership to ChristCentral, a group of New Frontiers churches (including Trinity Central) in Canada, the U.K. and various other parts of the world.
Thirst is just weeks away so book now to join us at Camp Sunrise on the Sunshine Coast, June 24-26.
